The infra team handles the back end servers for PyPI, PyCon, python.org, et al. Folks with the "keys to the kingdom" are listed at http://psf-salt.readthedocs.org/en/latest/overview/ (along with a good overview of the extent of the kingdom), while https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/infrastructure is the general infra mailing list.
