I'm waiting on the cron job to trigger to double-check everything worked out for pushing to docs.python.org/devguide, but until then the new repo for the devguide is https://github.com/python/devguide !
I will migrate the issues from bugs.python.org shortly and then remove the component so people can use GitHub for devguide issues. I will need someone to make the repo read-only (I don't have write access to hg.python.org to update its .hg/hgrc file, or at least not that I know of).
