Lets keep GUIDO as the name unless the ex-BDFL rejects it! =) I *assumed* someone else would've long suggested we act as an autonomous collective organized as an anarcho-syndicalist commune in honor of https://youtu.be/Yx_pDo9B0NY by now given the in person conversations where the Holy Grail quoting of came up. :P (in case it isn't obvious: *don't take that seriously*) In all seriousness, we already have a BDFL delegate system for PEPs that makes sense. At a minimum, how to choose the delegate, or early reject a PEP so it doesn't need one, is the thing we'll decide within the next year. I also liked some of Raymond H's suggestions around adjusting the PEP section authorship and potentially final decision acceptance process. But those types of changes are likely best kept separate from choosing how BDFL delegates are agreed on. (ie: lets decide how we would even declare the decision of such changes first) -gps
