Elegant as the idea behind PEP 340 is, I can't shake
the feeling that it's an abuse of generators. It seems
to go to a lot of trouble and complication so you
can write a generator and pretend it's a function
taking a block argument.

I'd like to reconsider a thunk implementation. It
would be a lot simpler, doing just what is required
without any jiggery pokery with exceptions and
break/continue/return statements. It would be easy
to explain what it does and why it's useful.

"Simple is better than Complex."

Is there a thunk PEP?
