Hi, I agree to make PendingDeprecationWarning an alias to DeprecationWarning. I never liked "PendingDeprecationWarning" name, it's way too long to type :-D

You don't want to *remove* PendingDeprecationWarning, you only want to make it an alias to DeprecationWarning, right?
