That's the impression I got - until Brett reaches the point of "Call for rebuttals", he's not looking for input (other than factual corrections of the capability and scenario sections). I'm not sure I'm comfortable with sitting back and waiting to quite that extent (I'm *already* biting my tongue over some of Brett's comments with which I strongly disagree), but I'd rather not have the PEP dissolve in a flamewar before Brett has a chance to study things better. I appreciate the need for a considered, logical evaluation, but I'm not sure keeping the lid on the impassioned arguments is going to make them any less likely to explode when they finally do happen.
