Yes, but anybody developing for 3.3.1 will have to specify "3.3.1+". Which is kind of defeating the point of giving them micro versions at all. Frankly, the longer we are discussing about this, the more I get the impression that all of the different proposed changes will result in grievous mental confusion to the Great British Public^W^W^W Python community.
