%py_provides is now available in rawhide for testing.

I will backport it later, so for now using it unconditionalized might break srpm creations on older Fedoras. For that, you can create SRPMS in mock:

$ mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --spec=xxx.spec --buildsrpm --sources=.
