I've upgraded python-testtools in Rawhide to 2.5.0

The upstream changelog contains some breaking changes, so I'm not
planning to upgrade F34 (let alone F33) unless there's a need for it.
It's mostly removing deprecated functionality though:

As a bonus, all patches have been dropped, this release builds cleanly
on Python 3.10 (despite the release notes only saying it's tested on
3.9) and all tests pass.
