OK. Gracias. Googleando he encontrado varias veces que hay que descomentar la linea de zlib en el fichero src/PythonXY/Modules/Setup Reinstalando de nuevo, ya tengo zlib.
$ python -c "import zlib; print zlib.__version__" 1.0 Ahora me da fallos con ssl. Pero ya sé por donde van los tiros. $ python get-pip.py --user pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.
