Only if you accept Ken's conclusion, that yielding inside a with 
statement is harmful (I don't). And if you do accept Ken's conclusion, 
then with-expressions don't fix the problem of yielding from inside a 
with statement.

(Just because with-expressions are permitted doesn't mean that all the 
thousands of with-statements will be instantly re-written to use them.)
