I especially think about the message <https://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-ideas/2019-February/055204.html> of Steve and some suggestions about welcoming new-comers with a message to help them a bit. Last thing that was important to me and non-english speakers was to say it was not always easy to understand, despite we speak well and that some behaviors might just be a mis-understanding rather than something else.
