No, why should there be? There is absolutely no difference between them mathematically. The limit of 1/x as x tends towards 0 is exactly the same as the limit of 2/x as x tends towards 0. (If you approach it from the negative side, you get negative infinity, which is what you get if you calculate 1/-0. Otherwise, you get positive infinity.)
