jQuery - maybe someone with moderate knowledge in it can do a "participatory style" talk. I forget from where the example is (I think someone did a twisted talk like this and blogged about it being very successful). The idea is that someone does a demo and tries doing stuff people are interested in, using suggestions from people on how to do it. The net result is that whomever knows jQuery ends up teaching (through the presenter) the rest of us.
