Hmm. I don't ever see my instance of jenkins asking for a POST, not even when i load up the web form. Although I can't reproduce this issue, it looks like it might be a problem in certain versions of Jenkins or certain Jenkins configurations. It doesn't look like we have confirmation on which version or configuration though. In any case I guess I don't see a problem with Terry's change (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/122462) to make the command do a POST. Either GET or POST works for me when running against jenkins 1.565.3
