Of course, despite the presumed lack of knowledge of the recruiter who wrote the advert, it's quite possible that something else was meant, but the quality of prose in such adverts is usually either so poor that you wonder whether "good written communication skills" wouldn't also be beneficial in the recruitment business, or the text merely consists of a checklist of recruitment clichés, that it's hard to know exactly what they're getting at sometimes.
