I would guess you would want this:
os.system("HCopy -T 1 -C" + os.path.join(conf_dir, "/hcopy.conf") + "-S" +
os.path.join(list_dir, "hcopy_list.txt"))
But I'd personally not use such a contracted syntax, it makes detecting
failure on any of the three function calls difficult.
