The page http://www.python.org/download/ needs to be added to the list of things updated with a new release. It would, for instance, have me download python-2.4.msi rather than the new python-2.4.1 msi, which is a couple of clicks farther away. A naive visitor would be much less likely to find the new file. (I also notified [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
