It's really just the goniometric functions that I am missing most at the moment, so maybe I can figure it out with help of what you said plus the already existing imperfect modules. I agree having full support for all math.* functions for all builtin types would be nice. However if you are more looking for replacement of mathematica and friends with python you might check scipy/numpy. Regards Tino
