have you seen http://pycvs.sourceforge.net/ ? (on the other hand, if it's your own archive, you might wish to switch to a more modern CVS-style system, http://subversion.tigris.org, which has a native Python API) </F> -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
