It's been a while since I built anything on FreeBSD, but one thing that jumps out at me is that you say you're building on 8.0 but the build output you gave us mentions 7.0. That doesn't sound right at all. Are you using ports? bye Philip -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
