If we don't know the code that caused the error, it's pretty hard to say what went wrong, especially with an exception as broad as SyntaxError. It's easier to ignore extra information than it is to extrapolate missing information.
Also, please use more specific subject lines. That way, others know whether it's worth their time to read the message. Some even ignore all messages with generic subject lines completely.
