i solve it myself
1.download  tile-0.8.4.0.tar.gz
2.   ./configure
3.  make
4  make  install

tiger@ocean:~$  cd  /home/tiger/Arelle
tiger@ocean:~/Arelle$ python3.2  arelleGUI.pyw

i get what i want ,haha.....
