That what i ahte aabout error reporting. You have some syntax error someplace
and error reports you another line, so you have to check the whole code again.
Well i just did, i see no syntactical errors.

i'm giving it two.
os.rename( filepath_bytes filepath.encode('utf-8') )
1st = filepath_bytes
2nd = filepath.encode('utf-8')
