Is there some standard library or code for taking an e-mail or newsgroup message & generating a reply to it? (I mean things like quoting the original message, >> quoting etc. where necessary, & generating the right References & In-Reply-To headers.)
I homebrewed some code for this in Perl (sorry) years ago, but before I reimplement it in Python, I thought I should ask if there's a "good" way.
