No, all you need is there in that example. You need to decorate your functions using Spyne's @rpc, denote input/output types using Spyne's type markers, wrap it inside a subclass of Spyne's ServiceBase, pass the resulting service class to a Spyne application setting your input/output protocols (you probably want Soap) and pass that application to a transport of your choice (you probably want WsgiApplication).
