I've worked with wxPython + pyInstaller in the past, and IIRC the total size of those dependencies (roughly Python + wxPython + matplotlib + numpy + cx_Oracle + sqlalchemy + pywin32) clocked in at around 20 MB. -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
