Look at https://github.com/jordansissel/fpm/wiki - it's really nice tool, which converts python package into .deb, .rpm - so assuming that "everyone has some (2.x/3.x) python" is true, you can just ship .deb or .rpm files. reg m -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
