The biggest analogous outrage in the world, though, is that of the International Football Association Board (IFAB), where the [English] Football Association, the Scottish Football Association, the Football Association of Wales and the [Northern] Irish Football Association each have a vote while the ROW (aka FIFA) has four votes.
