I eagerly await the answer to this question as well. I'd love to see this explained in laymen's terms. From what I understand of this issue, your best bet for getting parrelism is to use whatever the OS provides and just have multiple python instances running... but then I didn't understand the articles I've read about this so don't listen to me.
