I'll check tomorrow. I recently switched from 3.5.x to 3.6.1 in the PyCharm
IDE. It's probably FUBAR in some obscure way.
I uninstalled Python 3.6.0 (32-bit) and Python 3.6.1 (64-bit), installed
Python 3.6.2 (64-bit), and everything now works.
