You can't expect that people provide binary installers for Python
versions that are alpha.
In fact, https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
does have such for 3.7, 'as is', for the adventurous or the proactive,
for perhaps half of 100s of packages covered there.
