It looks as it would try to overwrite an existing (write protected) "virtualenv.py". Likely, it should not do that. You could try to work around this problem by allowing to overwrite "virtualenv.py" (and maybe other files as well) --> "chmod" command. -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
