Dear Python team I downloaded "Windows x86-64 executable installer <https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.7.4/python-3.7.4-amd64.exe>" form your website. My windows version is 8.1 and it is 64 bit. After installation, I got the message that "Setup was successful", but it didn't lunch to the program. When I found the program in start menu, the fallowing window appeared:
