Then the template is ready for next input.
Start with the simplest thing that works, which would be something like:
quotenum = input('Quote Nr: ')
client = input('Client: ')
...
invoice = f"""\
Quote Nr: {quotenum}
Client: {client}
...
"""
with open('quotenum'+'client', mode='w') as f:
f.write(invoice)
Then do something fancier if you want.
1. GUI form with tkinter.
2. Generate input statements or GUI form from the invoice template string.
