Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.630] (c) 2020 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. I am sure you can help me.... From the Windows10 command line, either in Admin mode or otherwise this is the error message I get. I want to program a Microprocessor for the first time and I am already stuck. I have spent a lot of time on both the internet and YouTube following different solutions. This entry worked two days ago and then the next day didn't. The "help" worksand the program appears to be operating normally. What can you suggest????
