I would suggest that you quite missed the point of the question. To me he is asking if he can use the word "python", which carries a lot of meaning in the computer world, in his domain name. I'd be handing him top marks for his asking rather than laughing that he did ask. Its a very polite and respectful thing to ask before registering the domain imo.
