Shawkat, I will not be able to change in short term the default for the coordinate system to "origin in the center". The implications on the test-scripts are too severe and we need time to investigate / refactor.
For the public release, I propose to enable the following two features: * always enable eps-averaging (consistent with Scheme-Meep) * always use real fields (consistent with Scheme-Meep) For these 2, we disable the warning. For the center of the coordinate system, the warning remains and the origin remains in the corner. With this setup, we have sufficient experience here at Intec and the stability is guaranteed.
