As discussed in https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules/python-azure/-/merge_requests/3#note_144855 and https://github.com/Azure/azure-storage-python/issues/655 it seems most of the new work on python-azure-storage is happening in python- azure, so we'd like to move the binary package over and build it from python-azure.
