Hello maintainers, This is to inform you, that starting with its version 1.18.9, PyMuPDF is licensed under GNU AFFERO GPL 3.0 exclusively. Previous additional licensing under GNU GPL 3.0 for some parts has been dropped. Correspondingly, file COPYING in the Github repository https://github.com/pymupdf/PyMuPDF now contains the text of the AGPL3 license.
