severity 525329 important thanks I am raising the severity of this issue to important since it impacts the usability of the system in general, and usability of other packages on the system: this issue causes aforementioned problem for any code which, besides anything else, also uses scipy. This makes it impossible to run any such python code using python*-dbg flavor whenever debugging is necessary, even if not debugging of scipy code itself.
