the installation of p-magick 0.9 with 2.6 - and it should therefore be
possible for debian too.

Hi,
The changelog of version 0.9.1-3 states:
* Update patches to include python2.6 properly.
In unstable it is using python2.6 already (Depends: python >= 2.6).
As soon as the new version is build on armel and m68k it should migrate
to testing, too.
