Hi, I have also asked debian-legal for advice. The thread is here: https://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2014/06/msg00001.html Upstream pretty much has the same opinion as Steve that the EULA is likely not valid and not a reason to remove the code. Details on the permission mentioned in the source have not shown up yet. I guess it is you the ftp-masters who will have to decide whether this is ok for main? Is there anything more you need before you can make a decision?
