I've ported pyexiv2 to Python 3.

The code can be released, all unit tests are passed with success.
I've tested a package compiled with libboost 1.54 [0] which works as
expected, and one with libboost 1.46 (for ubuntu precise) which don't
works, it seems minimal version of libboost necessary.
I've updated the doc [1].
