prompt_toolkit/libs/wcwidth.py has been written by Jeffrey Quast, so he 
should be mentioned in your debian/copyright. 
According to https://github.com/jquast/wcwidth the license is not BSD.

prompt_toolkit/libs/wcwidth/table* is created from other sources, but 
those are not within the source tarball.  According to 
 
https://github.com/behnam/unicode-ucd/blob/master/extracted/DerivedCombiningClass.txt
the copyright holder is Unicode Inc and the license can be found at 
 http://www.unicode.org/copyright.html
