In the latest upload of Sphinx I have included a patch that makes
searchtools.js compatible with templates from old versions of Sphinx,
that do not define SOURCELINK_SUFFIX.

Also dh_sphinxdoc now no longer raises an error about this, so this
bug can be closed.
