Hi,
I've found a solution which includes backing up C files before clean
target but it is not proof for building twice in a row. Thus I think
repackaging the tarball by removing the cython autogenerated source
files from the orig tarball at all is the better solution. I'll apply
this and as I said I'd love to push changes to the Git repository but
it does not exist.
