Hi,It looks like pylint 0.15.2 calculates the wrong line length when dealing with Unicode literals.
This line (72 characters according to Emacs):
u'работающих три не, вас работник ажиотажа премирования до']
Produces this output:
foo.py:193: [C] Line too long (120/80)
PS: This email is UTF-8 formatted - The code sample should contain
Cyrillic characters.
