I would suspect that the problem comes from the fact that you are running the test using the astng modules from /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/logilab/astng/ but tests in : /home/nikratio/tmp/logilab-astng-0.20.2/test/unittest_inference are you sure you have the lastest versions of logilab.common and logilab.astng on your system ?
