The README.Python3 is not properly updated.
`python3 setup.py <command>` will do the conversion automatically now
thanks to the integration of 2to3 into distutils.
hg clone http://hg.logilab.org/logilab/astng
cd astng
python3 setup.py install --no-compile
Same process for logilab-common and pylint but note that we haven't strong
support for python3 yet.
